1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form, you (the applicant) and your parent/guardian agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation
Participation in the robotics team requires a commitment to attend scheduled meetings, practices, and competitions. Members are expected to actively contribute to team projects and collaborate with other team members.
3. Conduct
Team members are expected to maintain high standards of behavior and respect towards fellow team members, mentors, and advisors. Any form of bullying, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the team.
4. Safety
Safety is a top priority. All members must adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during meetings, practices, and competitions. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in disciplinary action.
5. Use of Equipment
Team members will have access to robotics equipment and materials. Members are responsible for using the equipment properly and returning it in good condition. Any damage or loss of equipment must be reported immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
Any work, designs, or inventions created by team members during their participation in the robotics team are the property of the team and the school. 7. Media Release
By registering, you grant the robotics team and CSK Foundation permission to use photographs, videos, and other media that include your image or likeness for promotional and educational purposes.
8. Liability
The robotics team and CSK Foundation are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in team activities. Participants and their parents/guardians assume all risks associated with team activities.
9. Termination of Membership
Membership in the robotics team may be terminated by the team coordinators if a member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that is detrimental to the team.
10. Amendments
The robotics team reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the team constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
